Pension Age Winter Heating Payment
Pension Age Winter Heating Payment (PAWHP) will replace the UK Government’s Winter Fuel Payment (WFP) in Scotland. PAWHP will provide an annual payment to eligible pensioner households to help with heating costs in winter.
